Sawaddee is a convenient local notions shop at the Pakkret Market near the river under the ‘Pakkred Bridge’ at the end of Chaeng Wattana Road. The shop has been there for about 5 years. They have sewing notions, interfacing, some fabric (but not quilting cotton), buttons, knitting needles, yarn, embroidery thread, tailors chalk, marking pencils, draw cord, trim, and muslin fabric. Venus embroidery thread is 220 baht for 24 skeins. Muslin is 20 baht per meter. They have the supplies for making flowers with nylon stretched over wire.
