Chesun in Pahurat, the little India of Bangkok, has great 100% cotton fabric for quilting at low wholesale prices. They also have spandex, curtain and sheet material. At Chinaworld Mall on floor 1 next to Kimono House. Cotton as low as 45 baht per meter. Open 9:00 am to 6:30 pm daily.
