Try these sales and exhibits if you are in Bangkok over the summer. Have fun!

  • July 6-10, ASEAN Silk Heritage 2011, 10.00 am – 20.00 pm. Silk from Nakhon Rachasima, Chayapum, Buriram, and Surin provinces of Thailand. See how silk is made, buy OTOP (One Tambon [province] One Product) and shop at 150 booths for silk fabric and items. Queen Sirikit Convention Center.
  • Made in Thailand is July 13-17 at Impact
    • Hall 5-8 at Impact, Muang Thong Thani
    • Trade days: 13-15 Jul., 10.00-18.00 hrs.
    • Public days: 16-17 Jul., 10.00-21.00 hrs.
    • products made in Thailand including fashion, health & beauty, home & living, electric & electronics
  • An exhibit called Close Knit by fabric artist Ruthairat Kumsrichan at the DOB Hualumphong Gallery until August 14. Closed on Mondays. Take the MRT (subway) to Hua Lamphong Station.
