Learn new skills at a quilt class in Bangkok! Rosie Chan is back from Singapore for another great workshop. She will teach us to make vintage style fabric roses, plus other new and exciting quilting techniques. Folded fabric adds dimension and surface interest, so it’s a great technique for quilters.
